Common questions before you write
The download stops partway through
The client is a single 5 GB zip, and some browsers give up on files that size. Try the mirror links on the download page, or pause other downloads and start again. Antivirus software sometimes blocks the patcher, so add the SecondWind RO folder as an exception.
The client will not start
Run the patcher once before the first login, it fetches the newest files. Unpack the zip somewhere outside Program Files, Windows blocks writes there. If the window closes at once, run it as administrator.
I forgot my password
Use the password reset on the login page. You need the email address and the birthdate you registered with.
Where do I report a bug?
Either here or on Discord. Both reach the same people; Discord is usually faster because someone is around most of the day.
